We held the drawing on December 21 and notified Tami. She had been called out of state on a family emergency, so she couldn’t come to the Library to pick up the plaque until today.
Tami has decided to gift the plaque to her friend who cared for her puppies while she was out of town. Her friend is a big Eagles fan and certainly will be thrilled with Tami’s thoughtful gift!
