We are happy to announce that Mrs. Susi Rice (Miss Susi), a retired teacher with 30+ years’ experience teaching pre-school and elementary school at the Intermediate Unit will join our Upper Chichester Library family. Beginning Thursday, March 28 at 10:30am, a special fun-filled story time for young children, 4 years and younger, hosted by Miss Susi in the library. She will utilize puppets, parachutes, crafts, and songs to entertain your toddlers.
